Dear Patients:

I wish to welcome you to the WEB SITE of our practice. In addition to providing comprehensive ophthalmology, we specialize in orthoptics (eye muscle balance) which is on tuesdays from 2.30 p.m. to 6.00 p.m.

We ask you for some simple guidelines when you visit our practice so as to facilitate the process:

1.)

State the reason for the visit to the office

2.)

Bring all related documents (health insurance card,  glaucoma pass)

3.)

Bring your distance and reading glasses and eye drops

If you must cancel an appointment, please try to call us as soon as possible. Prompt arrival for your appointment is appreciated as it will prevent delay for the other patients. Emergencies are welcome and will be seen in a timely manner. We can be reached at 07071-23-84-44. In case our practice is closed you can receive all important information by the practice telephone answering machine.
